At Back Yard, Chef JJ is known for his precision blending of unexpected and locally grown ingredients. His relaxed approach to food and entertaining create a deceptively simple, yet innovative grilling and culinary experience.

Inspired by the outdoor living lifestyle, Chef JJ cooks almost exclusively on The Big Green Egg.  This ceramic cooker and smoker uses natural lump charcoal and various smoking woods to create dishes with unparalleled flavor.
