Grilling Season is here!

Well for the masses, this weekend is the official kickoff to grilling season.  For the hard core, year round, no matter what the conditions may be, this Memorial Day Weekend is the invitation to your friends to join you outside while you grill.  So, on behalf of all the year-round grillers, welcome to the party.  What are the hottest weekend dishes coming off your grill?

Every year, about this time, I go on a personal quest to educate as many of my clients as possible about the amazing Copper River Salmon.  This is as big a deal in the Pacific Northwest as the “month of May” is to Indy.  There is a great article written by Angela Brown at About.com with tons of links and good info.  I think 3 things to consider are:

1.      They are considered the royalty of the salmon world.

2.      High in omega 3 oils which are really good for you.

3.      The distance and time these fish cover is amazing.  The story about the Copper River itself is a great read.
