Beef Rib Rub

Serving Size: 8

Ingredients:
1 cup salt
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup balsamic
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 tblspn Garlic Powder
2 tblspn Onion Powder
2 tblspn Dried Basil
1/4 cup Shaking the tree Dizzy pig rub
4 racks beef ribs, peeled

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients until mixed throughly.

2. Rub the ribs until coated well. Preheat Egg to 250º using indirect heat. Cook the ribs for 4 hours, or until they are tender. Serve with desired sauce and enjoy!
