Chef JJ created a scrumptious buffet for an event in my honor. When asked what kind of foods I liked, I stated that I liked Mediterranean foods. Little did I know that he would serve up the most delicious mix of Mediterranean favorites. It was unbelievable! Not only did the food taste divine, it looked incredible. The display of the food was elegant and enticing. Good fellowship with friends is always enhanced by good food and this was no exception. I will always be grateful to JJ for the meal of a lifetime.

Chef JJ has done two events for me so far; one business and the other personal…both were a smashing success! He is very talented as a chef, and also very entertaining and happy to share his experience and knowledge so that we may all become craftier with our own culinary skills. I particularly love his philosophy of simplicity and preference for basic outdoor cooking with no frills of fancy kitchen machinery. Have him come to your home or office and do a function, I am confident you will be delighted with the reviews.

My office was looking for something new and FUN to do for a teambuilding event so I decided to give Chef JJ a call. We booked our lunch with Chef JJ and he totally entertained us and we all actually learned something as well as having the best time together that we’ve ever had as a company. Chef JJ’s food and presentation was outstanding. Thank you Chef JJ I plan on seeing you again very soon!

I attended one of JJ’s classes on New Mexican grilling and learned a ton about that state’s mild yet flavorful cooking. I had a great time and am excited about JJ’s new venue.

Chef JJ’s classes are an educational, entertainment experience simply unmatched anywhere in greater Indy! My wife and I have attended several classes and have elevated our grilling experience to a level we never thought possible. We have hosted several small dinner parties since our classes and have delighted our friends and family with the results. We are both excited about our private event in August. Thanks JJ!

I attended a grilling class of JJ’s as a guest of a friend and got hooked. I have been to several since and JJ never fails to entertain and teach me something new. I even booked a private event for my office staff and they still rave about the food.
